๐ŸŽApple is set to launch the iPhone 17 series in September 2025, and fresh renders give us a peek at the iPhone 17 Pro’s updated design. The most noticeable change is the new camera bar that stretches across the back. Unlike the usual square camera bump, this horizontal bar holds three lenses in a triangle on the left, with the flash, microphone, and LiDAR scanner lined up on the right.

This setup looks similar to the Google Pixel’s camera style and might allow better sensor placement or heat management. The iPhone 17 Pro will reportedly switch to an aluminum frame instead of titanium, paired with a part-glass back for durability and wireless charging. The Apple logo is also moving lower to fit the wider camera bar and a slightly tweaked MagSafe magnet layout.

A new Sky Blue color option, like the MacBook Air, is rumored to join the lineup. All iPhone 17 models will boast a 24-megapixel front camera for sharper selfies and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens for improved zoom.

The Pro models will likely keep their 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch displays, powered by an A19 Pro chip for better speed and efficiency. ProMotion displays with smoother 120Hz scrolling are expected across all models, a first for non-Pro iPhones. While the camera bar’s purpose—whether style or function—is unclear, it marks a bold shift for Apple’s premium phones.
